Our platform is designed for sophisticated analytics workloads. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated scripts, "scrapers," or bot-driven requests to extract proprietary data models without express written consent. We monitor traffic patterns to ensure the stability of the system for all Istanbul-based operations.

Ownership of Logic
All visual identifiers, branding elements, proprietary algorithms, and dashboard layout designs are the exclusive property of Istanbul Metric Intelligence. Users retain ownership of their raw input data, but the synthesized insights generated by our platform remain under our operational IP.
Proprietary weighting systems remain confidential.
UI/UX components may not be replicated.
Global Enforcement
Our legal protections extend beyond Istanbul, governed by international digital asset treaties and local Turkish commercial law.

Istanbul Metric Intelligence provides various analytics tools "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete legacy hardware. Any reliance you place on the dashboard's output is strictly at your own risk.
02 Protocol Modification
We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or expand features within our software stack without prior notification. These changes are often driven by algorithmic updates to improve metric accuracy or security patches designed to safeguard the platform's overall health.
03 Jurisdictional Authority
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul for the resolution of any legal claim related to Istanbul Metric Intelligence services.
